This 5 week program, similar to the first In-Season Olympic Cycle, is geared towards athletes who are training consistently in the sport of weight lifting. With a different flow and the addition of more compound lifts, this program flows well after the first cycle or as a stand alone cycle. Athletes can expect a solid program that will build their strength, correct their technique, and keep their body healthy. This is a program that can be repeated multiple times.
